Roffey SSC B 2, Windmill GG 3 Dick Cable 4520, Paul J 1610 Iain Tarrant 5910, Mick H 2930 Stephen Hopkins 1880, Clive T 3570 Melvyn Blake 2270, Johnny H 2870 At this stage a bit of foreplay was deemed necessary, the Silver Fox having gone to ground ..... Dick again 1650, Michael J Wilson 7640
Table was at times unforgiving but very true. Iain was good value for his win, as was our young star in choosing the best colour bandana for the decider, helping the GG's to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. Generous rounds of sandwiches capped a good-natured contest.

Railway 2 1/2 Compasses 2 1/2 Grant 1870 Mick 1870 Scott 2380 Colin 2280 Colin 600 Steve 1910 Dave 2740 Nobby 4150 Lee 1590 Porge 1220 Game 1 Close game all the way, even closer at the end with Grant finding the 200 to share the point. Game 2 Another close game, Some creative shots from Colin at the end finishing with a 200, unfortunately 100 short Game 3 Scrappy game, Steve struggled, nothing going for Colin. Game 4 After a slow start, Nobby first to find the pace, kept 1k ahead of Dave. Game 5 Another scrappy game, Lee scrabbled enough at the end to leave Porge no way back, bringing the match level. An entertaining evening with some entertaining and frustrating games of Bar Billiards. Our thoughts are with our mate Ding at this time. Thanks to Nathan for the spread of food tonight, it was dead good!
