Beginning of the end. Living on borrowed time now, hope I'm wrong. Football club unable to agree any sort of plan with the council ? - think I've seen that before. And a chap from Milton Keynes with an overall say? - yes, that too. You may have to bite the bullet and ground-share or even merge with the hated Rushden, to avoid the same fate as us (= being whisked off to the Hockey stadium) :o :o :o

Merge = No KTFC, no Colemanator support. You're probably right: About 10 years ago there was talk of Oxford Utd and Reading merging as "Thames Valley Royals" - How glad both clubs must be that that didn't happen..... And Wimbledon once walked out of talks on a merger with QPR - I regretted that at the time, but not now.

Money grabbing git. Only in it for one thing that guy! Would be a shame to loose an arch rival, as no Derby match's, which brings in a few doe for both. I agree with the Colmanator tho - NO MERGER!

Yea, but how much longer will he be the owner? Now he's sold his business to one of the dragons, won't be long until he gets rid of KTFC and goe's elsewhere(do i hear Chester city?). We are your arch rivals and if you wanna merge with Rowell be my guest! :D and anyhow, he soon changed his tune! www.northantset.co.uk/sport/Ladak-I-love-this-club.5900186.jp

Cheers for your support Stew. Nice to get a sensible comment from are arch rivals supporter rather than slagging each other off just because its the thing to do.

Well it would'nt benefit us either to lose KTFC, as like i said it brings a higher han usual crowd to the fixture and no banter between the fans! ;D

And this is a different scenario - Ladak HAS got some way to sustain the club and has, on paper, got three years to do it. He's not saying that the club cannot be sustained at its present location due to insufficient support either ;) Rocky Road is a mess. Pure and simple; in footballing terms it's not even old fashioned and quaint - York City is old fashioned and quaint; as is St Georges Lane, Worcester. Rocky Road is on its last rivets. Three years to find an alternative which would enable the club to achieve promotion sounds reasonable, but nobody seems to want to cough up.

Fair cop, HonVP, but we are there as an example of what should NOT be allowed to happen. With clubs like Team Bath vanishing completely from level 2 of non-league, Luton and Chester being served massive points deductions to ruin their seasons before they start, and League clubs like Palace facing the prospect of Administration, I just hope that Kettering can be saved, somehow.
