Heard the sad news last night of the death of Bill Sensier at the young age of 56 of cancer on the 2nd Febuary. I played for many years with Bill at the Foresters and the Locomotive Littlehampton, I was also his doubles partner, winning the Littlehampton, he was many times singles champion, a great player. Condolenses to his wife Helen and daughters Katy and Hannah. He will be missed.

Sad news indeed. I remember Bill from Littlehampton v Horsham Interleague matches, played him a few times and I don't think I ever beat him. A giant of a man, but with a genial grin and a hearty handshake.
I always think it's tragic when someone does not make it to retirement, and our thoughts go out to his family.
tommo (and margo).

This is news. I remember Bill very well. Not only did I play against him in the Littlehampton league when he played for the Forrester's but also as a drinking partner. Along with Roger Taylor, the late Nigel Slade and myself, Bill would come out with us on a Friday and Saturday night to 'do the rounds' drinking at nearly every pub in Littlehampton that had a Bar Billiard table. I'm sure Roger remembers those times well. As Tommo said, Bill was a big man with an even bigger smile. Condolences to his wife Helen and their daughters Katy and Hannah. R.I.P. mate.

I echo Tommo's and Dave comments. I remember Bill playing in the Worthing league for the New Inn. A sad day for Littlehampton bar billiards
