Wellie v Westhill Due to Kim most certainly snowed in up north (Hangleton), Tim & Garry coming from the Far East (Peacehaven) and Mark trying to get to and from Worthing, we have called off tonights game. We will have to play it in the New Year sometime.

What a night!!!!
Bib and Tucker A 2-3 Romans A
N Nutley B/P - 3060 R Pettiford Ross lost a 1500 break so the margin could have been greater
C Pemberton 1990 - 1390 P Aylemore Chris was flying along approaching 6K when he left a ball behind the 30 and misssed it - leaving Peter with a great opportunity which he failed to take and to his credit, once Chris had recovered he made sure of the win
P Bramhall 2690 - 3740 D Roberts An excellent and closely fought match with Dave doing enough with a couple of breaks to win
R Berritt 4050 - 630 T Hunt Ryan really struggled at the beginning and for a long time it was close, but Ryan pulled away near the end with a nice 3K break for the win
M Buckle B/P - 4930 M Knight Pleased with a couple of decent breaks to give us the win in the decider
Excellent banter and plenty of good play from both teams - thanks to Richard for excellent (and proper) hot dogs - one of my (many) favourites!! Bib as always excellent hosts.
That of course only tells half the story getting there wasn't too bad but the problem was we had about 4 inches of snow whilst we were playing - most of which we got off Dave's car but thanks to the efforts of Brighton and Hove Council nothing at all had been done to any of the roads (all main) we took for the journey home which made driving back 'interesting'. Thanks to Dave for his excellent driving skills!
PS Gardeners v Montreal was off BB Warrior

A re-arranged game Wellie 0 - Westhill 5 No scores to hand. A fun night dispite the loss, with the Westhill guys. The top was a bit tricky at times and a couple of games were close. It leaves the Wellie still looking for a win. Moved to correct thread..... ;)
