Last week before Christmas......
Watermill A v Plough Lower Beeding The A Team must be strong favorites here and expect a 4-1 home victory. Big Norm, Kim, Chris and one other for the home side, Mark Webber the only away success. Brewers Arms v Mill House Z A tricky game for the Zeds, but SuperG, Barry and Mr Mike will mean that Santa Tommo will go home smiling, Sir Jock and AFW for the home side.
Hurst A v Woolpack Malc the only possible away winner here, so 4-1 to the home side with Mama, Papa and Rob all "decking the halls" along with Mr Edwards. Laughing Fish v United Services Club Wins for H, Andy, Les and Chris give the Fish a 4-1 victory, Sparky hitting big with the only win for the visitors. Plough Plumpton v Hurst B Jan, Chase and Ron win for the home side to set up a 3-2 home win, King Steve and Chris Kirkham for the visitors. Eight Bells v Brewers Bravos A 3-2 home win to set the Bells ringing, Doug, Nick and Ros taking the honours, Spud and Bravo hitting back for the visitors. St Francis v Watermill B TSO, Manley, Matt and Peter all win well with the Flying Dutchman getting the only point for the vistors. Horns Lodge v Greyhound The Greyhound have started to pick up points again and a 4-1 win here will help their cause. TiR, Geoff, Peter & Neil all winning.

Tommo first this week..... Last one before Xmas, before we switch back to Week 10..................... Watermill A 5 Plough Lower Beeding 0Looks like a home banker with the A's very strong at home. Could even be a 5-0. And it was.... for a good point. ;) Brewers Arms 1 Mill House Z 4I'll go for a 3-2 home win and the end to a great run. Wins for Farmer, Jock and Dereck. I'm starting to think that Tommo is deliberately tipping them to lose..... so that they then win the actual game! :P No points for the result..... and although all 3 of the players tipped scored 5k+, none of them won. :o But, as it is Christmas, 1.5 bonus points awarded for the good scores. ;D Hurst A 4 Woolpack 14-1 home win, unless Boball plays - in which case 5-0. Bobhall did play..... and won..... so only 0.5 I'm afraid.... but a bonus point as you did indicate that Bobhall would win. ;DLaughing Fish 3 United Services Club 2Close, but not close enough for the USC. The Fish will win 3-2. Spot on for a point. Plough Plumpton 4 Hurst B 1Hurst B team is in a state of flux, Plough are settled at home. 3-2 to the Plough. 0.5 for the home win. ;)Eight Bells 4 Brewers Bravos 1Much could go on the draw here, as Bravo is capable of taking anyone out. I'll go 4-1 home win. Correct result for another point......but Bravo lost and does Nikki know that he is capable of "taking anybody out"? :o :o ;D St Francis 4 Watermill B 1Can't see any further than a 4-1 home win here with wins for TSO,Matty,Manly and Foggers. Another correct result..... and 3 bonus points for the wins by TSO, Matty and Manly. 8-) Horns Lodge 1 Greyhound 4A hard-fought match with the away team coming out on top. .....and they did to earn you a good point.Points this week..... 11.5 plus 2.0 Special Bonus Points = 13.5

Some good bits of banter going on the main results thread this week that are worthy of mention..... and a few extra bonus points as well. ;D Bobhall started the 12k banter with this post..... rob 5450 ( lost a 6720 break at the end of the game so would have had 12k had i not played a silly shot lyn 1340 Maybe now he knows why his team mates keep encouraging him to touch up every time he gets a break going.....! ;D One bonus point to Bobhall though..... just because it's Christmas! ;) SpecialOne joined in the fun..... If I had played well, and scored another 8k, I would have got 12k ..... and also earns himself a bonus point as I nearly choked on my cup of tea because I was laughing so much. ;D ;D H clearly enjoyed TSO's humour as well.... If I had played well, and scored another 8k, I would have got 12k Off to bedders. Goodnight All Shaun's wit never ceases to amuse me! H 14, 800 - 1060 Andy Guy After a slow start to the match, I managed to settle into the table (after missing my first break!). Still a very slow cloth, not ideal, but playable! Maybe, if he hadn't played so well himself...... he would ONLY have ended up with 12k in his game as well! :P A bonus point to H and myself for that one...... ;D And then there was Ros...... ....and if I'd played properly each time I got the break back, I'd have had 12k too! ;) ..... who is maybe hoping that Santa will bring her a table with a nice long clock for Christmas! :o ;D She certainly deserves a bonus point for her desire and ambition..... 8-) Uhh? I'm wide awake! You don't think I can score 12k?? Think again Rob - you just watch me! :o As does Bobhall for his kind offer..... ;) ros you let me know when your going to hit 12k and i will even score it for you ;) So Bobhall, suggest that you come down to the Romans next Tuesday and score for Ros..... lovely table with 20 minute bar that consistently has some of the highest scores recorded in Sussex...... the perfect opportunity for Ros to fulfill her ambition. ;D So, extra bonuses awarded.... Bobhall - 2.0 points TSO - 1.0 point H - 1.0 point Warrior - 1.0 point Ros - 1.0 point
