we won 4-0 1st game ran 30 mins ;) :P Hi Lewis, did you play for that long, or did you apply this rule? Rule 16...Table time will be a minimum 15 minutes and a maximum 20 minutes. If the table runs for less than 15 mins the bar will be pulled again and play will continue until 15 minutes at which point any balls going into holes will be retained as if the bar had dropped. If the bar has not dropped by 20 minutes, any balls returning to the trap will be retained by the scorer as if the bar has dropped.Keith

3's Result Vikings 1 MJ..BA..PE Kennington 4..MT PW IG Blimey!!...I didn't expect that result after watching the first two games and seeing Mark lose. :o Pauline beat Peetee 2-0 then, I wondered why there was no report on the match. ::) ;D Great result for Kennington. 8-)

Pairs result:
Andy & Chris Webb won 3-0 but we played the 4th game so that I could have a go at the break. Scores are below. Myself and Ian would like to thank Andy and Chris for playing the game and for a really enjoyable evening even though we did lose.
Andy/Chris Alan/Ian 1 3920 580 2 14020 1810 3 6760 4430 4 3930 10260
Andy and Chris won the toss and Chris went in and lost a 12k break. We didn't get them back, Chris did, game over. Chris then had a 13,990 break in the 2nd after Ian broke down early...game over again! 3rd game we were 6k behind before I finally got the balls back and scored 4k+...too little, too late! I had an 8k+ break in the last game.

Hi Alan, am I right in thinking that in the 2nd game Andy & yourself had a go before Chris made his break, as the way it reads is that Chris went 1st in game 1 and 2nd in game 2 but he should have gone last in the 2nd game? Order of play is 1234-4321-3412-2143

S Ellam/L Storch/ C Alexander/D Barnes (Comrades) won their 3's at Headington CC. Don't know the scores but Simon said they won easy.
Keith.......Our Pairs game was played in the correct format. Chris seemed to be the only one able to get the break back.
