Mill House top 100 league points, aye thank you. ;D ;D
Barry Timson 2440, Andy Garwood 1780 tommo 6080, Gavin Boyd 1140 Mick Holmwood 3450, Lee Bulmer 690 Graham Daniels 4960, Martin Range 1920 Alan Downs 3140, Paul Blackburn 1990 Zeds 5, Watermill B 0
Despite the result, no-one in this neck of the woods goes out purposely to "destroy the opposition." All ten players all had good chances, some taken, some not. Shot of the evening was Andy's 400 shot off the far cush wich went down clean as a whistle. Paul came on strong at the end having struggled to find the break early on.
A good evening, witnessed by big name from the past Richard Deadman, down from York visiting his family.

Brewers Arms 3 -2 Laughing Fish
Dilly 4910 - 3310 Chris Ashford Andy F-W 1710 - 15230 H Derek Taylor 7870 - BP Andy Brooks Colin Humphrey 2350 - 4620 Ray Carpenter Jock 10920 - 1590 Jim Ashford
Best table in the league, and everyone knows I love the Hurst, but this was perfectly suited to my playstyle (it takes side and the balls go where they are supposed to!).
Shame a couple of our players struggled with the pace on the one up shot and put the break down four times. I will have to teach them that the one-up is not just a soft break!!!
Thanks to the Brewers lads for a good evening

HH USC 2.5 - 2.5 Hurst 'B'
Mick Kirwan 1,470 - 2,300 Colleen Park Colleen lost her opening 3k behind the 30 pocket, whilst Mick couldn't get going at all :-/
Terry Gasson 3,220 - 3,220 Ian Giffen Ian had the final break and contrived the draw just to muck up the Tipsters ;D
Sparky 5,830 - 3,120 Chris Kirkham Sparky couldn't do anything right (while Chris kept edging ahead) but finally played it out for a 4K break :-X
Andy Guy 2,910 - 1,780 Darrell Skinner Anybodies game most of the time, but great to see Dazza playing again :)
Bill Boyce 200 - 10,730 Steve King 2 great breaks from Steve (4k? & 5k) really didn't let Bill into the game Congratulations to Steve 8-)
Good evening with mates :-*

WOOLPACK 2 BREWERS BRAVOS 3 Sorry about the delay guys.
Anne:710 Bravo:7500 Bravo led off with 2k to give himself some breathing room and put on a further 4k to win it.
Malcolm:7830 Spud:2490 I was simply outplayed. Malcolm hit two 3k5 breaks and showed great control around the 50 hole.
Lynn:1250 Paul:2030 Paul restored our lead with a tough victory in a hard-fought game
Nikki:880 Big Beardy Nige:1270 Sporting a new "Rasputin" look, Nige came back from an early black-peg incident to eventually level the match, Nikki having no luck at all.
Jan:1260 Lynne:3070 Lynne was certainly up for this decider and put on an excellent display at both the front and back of the board.
It was a very good evening as ever with the Woolpack team and i wish them the best for the rest of the season.
P.S. Does anyone mark the tipsters anymore because i seem to have nailed this particular result!?

The two 'missing' reports for the week, courtesy of the OldFella:
Watermill A 3, Plough P/G 2 The A Team took a few steps nearer the Plough PG after beating them at home this week. Chase Newman took the first for the visitors from Geoff Rose but Kim Stenning redressed the balance when beating Jan Bithell. Big Norn then hit a handy 5K past Dave Knight to give the A Team the lead and the match winning frame went to John Staplehurst with a decision over Ron Sheridan. Darren Newnham hit his own 5K, taking the last leg for Plough from Chris Nikolaj.
Plough L/B 2, St Francis 3 The Plough LB hosted the match against fellow strugglers Saints this week. Mark Webber took a close frame from TSO and Plough had the early lead. A good Peter Geal effort won over a subdued Steve Whyte and made it 1 apiece but Geoff Parsons took the lead for Plough winning against Matt Geal. Manly Harveys scraped an important win against Kieran Budd and the decider went to Saint’s Bob Ellis winning against Steve Budd.
