HH USC 4 - 1 Watermill 'A'
Sparky 2650 - 570 Martin Range
Mick Kirwan 2350 - 990 Mark Ridley
Ron Wales 2050 - 1700 Gavin Boyd
Terry Gasson 7650 - 1220 Gavin Offord
Andy Guy 2490 - 2750 Paul Blackburn
Most of the games could have gone either way with only Terry playing 'properly', who could have got near to 10k but lost a break. Thanks to the Watermill Boys for a good evening with banter and laughter.

Plough LB 4 v 1 Plough PG
Sorry don't have the scores. Jan the only winner for the PG. The rest of us couldn't get to grips with the table, although Chase came close Mark managed to pip him in the dying moments of the game.

hurst a lost 4-1 to watermill they played very well tonight and shame they had to bring rodney out of retirement again as he played a superb game against mama hall with a 4.5k break kim also hitting 5k but no one else could really play the back of table. and they know how to feed a team i believe 7 trays of sarnies come out

You also forgot to say bravo has got the high away score and break as well thats also a bit unfair dont you think playing you and then going onto steve king and getting 10k i dont think that should be allowed ;D

HURST CLUB:3 BREWERS BRAVOS:2 Sadly, my computer crashed last night in the middle of me typing so i could have done this sooner.
Ian:2210 Bravo:11480 As reported, an opener of 6500 from Bravo here.
Steve:10780 Nikki:570 Another excellent performance, this time from Steve. Two breaks of 4k5.
Chris:830 Spud:5040 Spilled an opener of just short of 3k. Chris very unlucky not to find break in the frame.
Darrel:4010 Carole:230 Darrel always in control here.
Colleen:2090 Lynne:1050 Lynne lost her opener of 1k5 and it was a tough scrap all the way to the end when Colleen found break as the bar went.
A very enjoyable evening with the Hurst club, as it ever is. Lovely spread of food at the end.
Cheers all

Plough LB 4 v 1 Plough PG Sorry don't have the scores. Jan the only winner for the PG. The rest of us couldn't get to grips with the table, although Chase came close Mark managed to pip him in the dying moments of the game. Added information, courtesy of Roy: The Plough derby started well with a good scrap between Mark Webber for LB against Chase Newman for PG, Mark eventually taking the first point. A Geoff Parsons 6K over Dave Knight put LB into a 2 nil lead which Jan Bithell cut short with a win for PG over Kieran Budd. The match was won for LB with a good job done by Steve Visor over Darren Newnham and the last points also went to LB when Steve Whyte beat Ron Sheridan.

brewers arms won 5-0 jock had a walk over in his match Added information, courtesy of Roy: The Brewers Arms regained the leaders place in division 1 with a commanding win over Horns Lodge. Frame 1 promised much as both Kevin Stevens and Derek Taylor hit high 4K’s but the Arms man pinched it by just 40 points. Dilly hit 5K past Mike Letham to make it 2 for the hosts and another 5K, this from The Farmer, hit past Roger Dudman claimed the match. Trevor Greenyer had a more gentle passage in his victory over Dave Tiffin and a walkover for Richard Jeffrey gave maximum points to the Arms.

John Staplehurst put the A Team on the right road with a win over Jenny Edwards. Pete Hall evened it up when beating Geoff Rose but that was Hurst’s lot as a 5K from Rodney Storr put paid to Lorraine Hall, and a Kim Stenning 5K demolished Rob Hall. A good last frame between Big Norm and Peter Edwards saw the A Team skipper come out in front for a good win.

Woolpack 2 v St Francis 3 This was Roy's report on the match: Saints stay in the drop zone despite an away win at the Woollies, a win that got the host side of the bottom of division 1. Lyn Storr took the first leg from Bob Ellis and Malc Fuller was more than a match for TSO. At 2 nil up, things looked good for the home side but Saints got a grip on the match and took the next 3 frames with wins for Manly Harveys over Nigel Bransby, Peter Geal over Jan Hinkins and the match winner for Matt Geal over Anne Stockinger. Beautifully written score card, TSO take note.
