Anyone got the new snooker game released a couple of weeks ago?
I believe they have kept the bar billiards, but have they made any improvements to the 2005 version? I can't find any screen shots or videos on the internet showing the bar billiards.
I can't get this game as they have released it on PS2 and Xbox360 but not on Xbox!

I spent some of last night playing Bar Billiards again. It was a rare pleasure for me, since I cannot get a team to play in.
Unfortunately, I didn't score hugley but that was more to do with the game itself. I'll explain:
on the xbox360 you can, indeed, play Bar Billiards (WCS2007) but you are limited to a points winner rather than a timed game. The maximum being 4000 points. This should be easy, I hear you cry - it will only take a couple of minutes. But alas no. To get the break is difficult. Very hard to apply enough LHS to get it comfortably. The 'one-up' I mastered pretty much straight away but could only leave the ball for a 50:10 split.
I will continue to improve my form so that I can get into a team.
I may even start a league of my own!!!

Well I have had a go at the game and lets just say, the bar billiards is exactly the same as WSC2005.
Aaagh I am so annoyed, I sent SEGA Europe a list of what was wrong 2 years ago. ie 50 holes too far up, no one up rule, games should be timed not first past the post, etc etc. and they sent me back a very thankful letter saying they wanted to get it as close to the real thing as possible and would take my help.
Oh well I don't think I will bother this time, but I could just redate the original letter and send it off!
