Eastbourne AGM
It was agreed that The Star Eastbourne would enter a team in the Lewes league this year, it was noted that we almost had enough responses to put 2 teams in.
Perhaps we will be able to place an additional team in Lewes next year! we shall see in due course how popular it is.
It was agreed that we will place a team in the Hastings league to play on Wednesdays based at a venue to be confirmed in due course.
Rob & Phil Osbourne from Hastings BB were welcome guests at our AGM and made valuable contributions to our meeting, we understand that Rob will be attending the Sussex AGM on 8th August, regretfully i am committed on other projects so will be unable to attend, i hope to find a replacement to represent Eastbourne.

Good to hear this news - all good - from the east of the county. Eastbourne already provide a good test at Interleague, and spreading your wings to take part in adjacent leagues will no doubt further your cause.
