The Railway handed Stout 'A' a 5-BFZ* Spanking last night! It was as simple as they were brilliant and we were C__p! Well played guys & you were great company as always!

Dun Horse 4 Fountain 1
Scott Hope 490 Jim Greensted 10570 Foxy made sure of the first game, keeping Scott off the table. Dave Simmons 8100 Bob Hayes 1340 An early mistake from Bob let Dave in for 2k then 5k to take the game.
Stuart Hope 3930 Gary Packham 1640 Stu took the game reasonably comfortably.
Grant Hope 2840 Jim E. 1420 An early 2k from Grant in a rather scrappy game.
Colin Bolton 1960 Barry Lawson 1890 A close game all the way through. Colin pegged 2k towards the end. I don t think I ve ever seen so many balls played into the 100 hole. :o Last ball finish, two goes each. ;D
Table played slower than of late and possibly got slower as the match progressed. Â Pleasant evening rounded off with Bacon and Egg sandwiches. :P Hungry dog tonight! ;)

If it were a Horsham League game I would give it 8/10 :) Nice sarnies as mentioned even the egg sarnies were all gone by the end of business ;D Oooh we even had some mini chedders and crisps too :o Edit to correct quote. Springbok SC 0 Stout House Z's 5
Malcolm Miles 1800 Junkie Miller 2020
As you can see from the scores a close game. Junkie started well to put over 1K on board but then slowed. Malc chipped away and had the opportunity to take the game only to miss the last shot allowing Junkie to pot the last ball.
Ron Parsons 320 Vernon Sparkes 6230
Vern's first visit earned him over 3K, Ron could not reply. Vern put together a couple of more decent breaks to put the game beyond poor Ron.
Trevor Goacher 1610 Dorsil Finn 3700
Neither player shone, though Trevor had a good chance to develop a decent score only to leave the balls up on break. Andy nosed in front and it was little to late for the Springbok lad.
Bill Hicks 1150 Richard Plaw 4290
A steady start for Richard, putting decent points on the board, Bill was slow to getting going, but started to put points on board. Richards experience showed and he never really let Bill back in.
Gary Marshall 1580 Ricky Langridge 2450
Rick messed up with his second split allowing Gazza in. Unfortunately nerves got hold of the young lad and he was not playing with his usual flowing style. Rick get his head down to put a decent 1k break together effectively putting the game out of Gazza's reach.
A great night and though firmly stuffed there were glimmers that Springbok will get a win this season!!!! A big thank you to the Stout House lads, great company and played the game in the spirit we have grown to love.
