Gentlemen,
I’ve got an older ‘Bar billiards’ table circa 1930’s. The holes in this table are 2-1/32 diameter. (2.031”) Bar billiards is played on a special bar billiards table without side and corner pockets, but with 9 holes in the playing surface which are assigned certain point values (from 10 to 200). There are eight balls for play - seven white and one red
Question: what dimension are the billiard balls?
Looking to purchase 7-white and 1-red balls. Also need the pegs (skittles) 1 blk, 1 red, 2 white. Please email your price for these items and estimate shipping charges to Wisconsin, USA (zip 54915)
Appreciate your feedback,
Adolf Hendriks

Hi Adolf, We are not a commercial organisation, and our members have to source their own equipment such as balls, pegs, replacement pockets, etc. At present we are recommending Mercury Leisure, and suggest that you contact them direct at their website for the items you want: www.mercuryleisure.co.uk/barbilliards.html

Dear Tommo,
Thank you for your reply. Sorry I tapped your forum. It is very difficult to obtain information in the States on Bar Billiards. Thank you for the 'Mercury Leisure' lead. Hopefully I will soon be playing billiards. Thank you again,
Adolf

No problem. We are aware that a good many tables were exported to the United States during the 1980's - but into private hands, and as far as we know there are no organized Leagues - unless someone can tell us otherwise !
