Does anybody know why I keep getting Internet explorer clsoing down when on the forum. I get the message Internet explorer has been closed due to date execution prevention. I'm using ie9 I do get this at other times but quite often when on the forum. I know sav hates IE wuth a passion I think this has only started since I have been using 9.

I'm using Internet Exploder at the mo due to the problems there have been with Firefox.
I have not had any problems in this line, but will monitor.
Is your anti-virus software up to date Ian?
Also have a sniff around what add=ons you have in IE and try disabling them, re-enabling one at a time if that cures it
Chris.

Yes it is. Seems to happen when you go from page to page. Also when I first open the Forum the Anti Virus says it has modified the page I will have to look at that when it says it next time.

Recommend you do a full system sweep and also a "de-frag". Also "clear browsing history" and "remove cookies" (via Control Panel).
Yes, there were some problems with Firefox 9.01 which affected Barbelman and myself when using the AEBBA map, but all this has now been cured.
Doesn't take long to install Firefox as a browser, it's free, quick, and (usually) reliable.
