I can't seem to rid my pc of text enhance, been through the block cookie route and the text enhance opt out, still there, surely this thing isn't legal?

Appears very difficult to get rid of once its got a hold on your PC and may need one or more of several answers.
I can only suggest you google it and try the various remedies.

I find Google Chrome okay as an appendage, but not as the Main Browser.
I soon found out that Chrome is not compatible with my website builder, so was obliged to re-install Firefox. No problems since.
