Three Bees 2 Dun Horse 3
Mike Lennon 1970 Grant Hope 1500 Nigel Tomsett 680 Colin Bolton 1450 Steve Eely 2040 Stuart Hope 2680 Lin Lennon 1270 Dave Simmons 5480 Dave Tomsett 2480 Scott Hope 1750
Game 1: Scrappy game, Mike came out on top. Many goes needed to pot the last ball. Game 2: A ball moving on the ‘D’ caused Nigel to BP midway. :-/ Colin stayed in front. Game 3: Another scrappy game, Pops snuck in front at the right time. Steve coming back but ran out of time. Game 4: Scrappy start. Dave conjured a 3k break from somewhere to make it look respectable. Game 5: Another war of attrition. Dave’s final break as the bar went took it.
The Windmill table was very unforgiving tonight for both teams. Fair bit of jovial banter, generally between whoever was playing at the time. Evening rounded off with some tasty sarnies and chips.

Greedy me thinks! You almost blew your match & the team win by wanting the big number. Whats wrong with a touch up after 5-6k to secure the match...???
