Hi Eastbourne Bb Fans
Late result in
Following the funeral of Jim Riggs we arranged a memorial match with the rest of the old bricklayers arms team of 13 years ago. We agreed that players would be seeded weakest to strongest and an appropriate handicap agreed by the 2 captains would be applied to make the comp as enjoyable as possible for all concerned... except martin who had over used the newky brown bottles bythe time he met his old adversary ::)
Heather B/P v 1500 Maureen (scratch hcp) Fred 2160 v 650 M Relf (+1000 hcp but black pegged half way through) Jason 3330 v B/P M Pashler (+1500 hcp) Stewart B/P v 3650 L Fleming (+2000 hcp) Peter 2180 v 5590 A Hillman (+2000 hcp) Colin 8610 v 2900 Martin (+2000 hcp)
result was a draw 3-3 well done to the new old boys hope they might form a new team , we shall see shortly
