Had a great day yesterday
At 9am I went to prospect park to do one hour of bmf in the pouring rain, and as the instructor say's "If it aint raining, it aint training". Loved every minute it, fantastic fun.
Then spent the rest of the day with wife and kids, opened prezzies and cards, got me a Kindle, Sooo good. Then went for meal at nando's with wife in the evening.
A good day to be 51
