HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIR KT, hope you have a great one and sure Lady H has plenty of suprises up her sleeve. I f your playing tonight would expect team to be fitting way to bar first. As Ian says it not so bad, besides I think life begins at 60 so 50 is young.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

Thanks everybody. 50 does sound frightening sometimes, they say you feel your age ??? I certainly don`t feel 50 but i`m afraid it`s there in black & white, and on every damn card just to remind me :-/ ;)
See you all soon
Still young Sir kt

Happy Birthday Kev
Glad you are now a member of the 'Old Codgers Club' ;D ;D
Those of us in Worthing will have to play against you in the over 50's comp (sounds good don't it ;)) this year.
Again, many happy returns and I'm sure LadyH has got plenty presents for you. ;) ;)

Now I'm going to be controversial here. Not really trying to do Sir KT out of any future trophies, but consider this :
I reckon that, as far as bar billiards players go, Sir KT despite being 50 is younger than the average player. (Anyone disagree with that statement ?)
So the majority of players now being over 50, the over-50s competitions have now just become "another singles".
Time to make 'em "Under 50s" competitions.
You can still have competitions for old uns, but make 'em Over-60s instead.
Happy birthday again, by the way. ;D

I had no idea you were that old Kev ;D Have a good 'un.
Just 'cos you're over 50 doesn't mean you HAVE to enter the seniors comps ;) ;)

Where is everyone today ? Hung over after Sir KT's birthday bash no doubt.
Great do, Kevin and Hayley, great food including the B-b-q, great idea of the "Tunstall Towers" competition, and a fun karaoke session with Hayley and Nikki in especially good voice. And of course the statutory Wham featuring Choccie as Andrew Ridgely to Nigel's George Michael. ;D ;D ;D
A really fun day, margo enjoyed it too , and your friends from Doncaster were brilliant company. Hey - you even got the sun to shine in the afternoon. 8-)

I don't know if anyone took any photos, but one of Nigel wearing the Tunstall Towers Hat (Redhill 'black peg' rules) would make a good one. Especially hiding the dodgy haircut. ;)

Yes thankyou both Kev and Hayley for a fantastic day.
I was extreamly proud of myself for avoiding the hat. i kept well away from the black peg and from the 2K mark come to think about it. i think i lernt my lesson from the triples in redhill.
Thankyou again for a great day.

Couldn`t have too easy a table now could we? ;)
The winners were Phil & Ian (Yorkie) and they beat Ian & Margo in the Final. I feel sorry for Amanda, Steve & Trina who will have to listen to Ian all the way back to Doncaster on how he won the competition (with a little help from Phil of course) :) :) He has vowed to defend the trophy next year ;D

Especially hiding the dodgy haircut. ;) This shouldn't be encouraged Tommo, although I fear that photos were taken. Yes the haircut is dodgy, but I find it easier to get a seat on the bus as people look more intimidated ;)
