Probable hirer Damage Found on the 2012 refurbishment
- Ball return support slot snapped off, caused by lifting the tables by the ball return tray.
- Cracked height adjusters, caused by dropping the legs from the tables when unscrewing them.
- Cushion rubber pulled away from rails and securing tape ripped due to people leaning on the cushions.
- Main undertray support split and broken, caused by people thumping under the table when a ball does not return, saw it happening at Kent.
