For me this begs the question, if us berinsfield lot lose in the 2nd round assuming we dont draw a bye, do we still go into the plate or are we out altogether?

yes phil we would go into the plate seeing as we haven't played a 1st round game the second round would class as our 1st round game if you follow

Thinking about it (which is unusual for me) the Oxford League committee likes all teams (where possible) to play on the first week of the new season, so it must be that Berinsfield will definitely play in the next round and one of the other six winners will have a bye through to the Semi Finals.

Hope this makes sense to all! ::) to be honest i think it would take an intense stroke of luck for us to draw a bye again so i doubt thatd be an issue anyway! :) :D

Hope this makes sense to all! ::) problem is should this happen (which is unlikely) you cant just swap the draw around to suit because that not fair on the team who get the bye twice i know it seems unfair on other teams but its just luck of the draw :P
