A nice crisp Chardonnay or Chablis would be my preference, although a Pinot Grigio is most acceptable as an alternative. 8-) ;D

C'mon, live a little. For me it has to be an Amarone or a Barolo. Both very nice varieties of Italian Red wine, the Amarone (Valpolicella) is slightly too rich for my liking and has the distinct disadvantage (for me personally) of giving me a thumping headache the following day.... even if I have ONLY the one glass! :o ::) I'm glad to say that white wine doesn't seem to have the same effect.... ;D |

Lorin, Barolo is very nice but you cannot beat Libournais. Excepting a certain southern medoc of course
