Well done to Ian Moss on winning the alternative rules, with Chris Newson as runner up. Also to Curt Driver on his win in the plate. Truly sorry but I don't know the name of the plate runner up but I can tell you he will be one to watch in the future, he played really well ;D
Really well run day in terms of tables,, organisation, food and drink.
Thanks goes to Dave, Nobby, Mark and Sam :-*

Is this a wind up ?...Surely this should come under the "Fun & Humour" section of the forum! ;D ;)
Seriously though, congratulations Ian on your biggest achievement yet in Bar Billiards...Well done. 8-)
I still think that you were lucky to beat me in an earlier round. ::)

Truly sorry but I don't know the name of the plate runner up but I can tell you he will be one to watch in the future, he played really well ;D Doug Carswell is from high Wycombe as is well known by all bucks players. He started playing at a young age but gave up for quite await. Has recently returned to the game. As you say Chrissie. One for the future ;D ;D

Well done to Ian on his first AE win, taking some big scalps in the latter stages (Milko & Barry Radford). A special well done also to Lady H :-* on reaching the 1/4 Finals, only to fall to the eventual winner. She also beat another notable Off the Spot player in Tony Martin along the way.
