Agreed. The Lodge table is always a challenge and a few expletives did leave my mouth throughout the course of my game against Kev, but it is, again as always, redeemed by the excellent venue, beer, food and good fun we always have with the guys!

SAINTS 3 otherclub 2 Peter Geal 920 Andy Guy 1530 Peter's seasonal debut, and it looked as if most of him was still in Jamaica. Andy found different ways of losing most of what he scored, but prevailed.
Mat Geal 3100 Sparky 5130 Mat again running into a very good opponent. Cracking game from Sparky and Saints peering into the abyss.
TSO 4120 Terry Gasson 2120 Saints insperational captain rode his luck, and the fightback had begun.
Manley Harveys 5210 Mick Kirwan 1260 Clinical stuff from Chris to set up the decider and pinch top score from Sparky. The luckless Mick has played 8 straight games against the break, landing a 255/1 accumulator, will be going for a 511/1 shot next week.
Bob Ellis 1710 Ron Wales 1260 Bobs nerve held and the first HH local derby goes to the Saints.
As always an enjoyable night played in the right spirit.
Neil Henry, Ian Irvine, Allison Geal, Alan Brown, and Annette Christian, all remain unbeaten for the Saints.

No report this week from Marky as he didn't play, but according to the Flying Dutchman the result was:
Brewers Bravos 2, Watermill 3.
