8 correct, although we were late in. Only acted following the ethnic cleansing atrocities in Kosovo. Upshot is, we took sides against the very people who had been our staunch allies in WWII (= the Partizans). Not our first mistake, we helped to arm Saddam during the Iraq-Iran war prior to the Gulf Wars !  1pt.
