If 24 is the answer i think you are after, i think you may have the wrong tournament? This goal was scored in a tournament called Le Tournoi a year before the world cup in France ?

8 They became known as Manchester City in the 1890's I think 1894 but before that they were known by a couple of different names the first being St. Marks, I believe who were founded in 1880,,,,,,,,, I think
