Although I didn't not believe Dave a while ago when we spoke about darts, it's not until you see the evidence that it really sinks in. Following on from a discussion that was taking off in the Guernsey tipster thread, I will now continue by posting an edited image of something that Dave put up. I'm afraid because it's a photo of a photo, I'm extremely limited with what I can do with it, but Dave when you scan the full picture in properly then pass it along to me and I'll make you something much better and grander than this. But for now, may I produce our very own BBWarrior in action against a little unknown dart player named Eric Bristow (a match that Dave won 5-1). To say I'm envious is an understatement and a half. Will be printing the tshirt as promised Dave :) Attachments:

I did get the impression that perhaps you were slightly "doubtful" about some of the things that I said when we chatted a little while ago one evening at the Atlas.... I can't even remember how we got onto the topic of darts as my "past" is not a subject that I often discuss but, certainly at one stage of my life, it probably was the only thing that actually made me want to get up each day amd the reason that I am still here. :-X I did meet up with a couple of my old darts team mates a little while ago and had a few games, they were trying to persuade me that I should play again.... but I think that my darts will remain gathering dust along with a few of the old trophies that I didn't throw out during various house moves over the years. ;) NO need to print the T-Shirt Glenn.... just promise not to "RickRoll" us in the future!! :o ;D |

Oh dear! Anyone remember this? Been having a good digital clear out and found this.... the pictures meta data says I made it in 2004, that sounds about right. I remember this hanging in the Stadium for a good few months! Not sure if I was just really creative or a complete wally!!! I'm airing towards the latter at this point..... Anyway, thought some of you newer members might get a kick out of it though. It also proved I've been quite sad for years now! Attachments:
