24 Golf. He was a member at Augusta and Eikes tree is named after him. He hit the tree so many times he asked for it to be cut down. Not wanting to upset the prez, but also not wanting to change the course, the committee umed and arred for a while, and the tree was reprieved.

The notoriety was for the naval mutiny (1921) in Russia. 20 good answer for 1.5pts (marked down half a point as his impersonation was for one of the princes in the tower themselves, having escaped.
