I know i'm on wrong sight ...but....this is the only one I can write on........can't remember my password as i had it on always remember....and my email address for this sight is probably wrong as i've changed that!!!! please can someone send it me would be grateful :D

I hope Mods wont mind me poking my nose in now that I'm no longer Staff, but I think I can provide the solution.....
I remember your user name was 'jiffy'.
Try logging in as jiffy, and follow the instructions given for "I've forgotten my password" - and the system will send you a link enabling you to choose a new one.
Failing that, send an email to Sav so as he knows what your new email address is now, and he will be able to amend it on your profile. That will enable the dialogue to go to your correct email.

I dont think that would work Clive, Mods dont have the ability (nor should they) to change anyones email address.
The only option I can think of (presuming you cant access your BT email address) would be to create a new account and we can transfer your post count to the new one.
This will affect a lot of people... I was also 'logged on forever' but the change to V.5 means you have to log in the first time you access the forum, it took me 3 attempts to remember my password (having last used it about 5 years ago)

Hi Jenny,
You've forgotten either your password or your new user name !
You can't use jiffy any more, although Mods haven't cancelled it yet.
Try logging in as jiflorey (your new username), and follow the instructions given for "I've forgotten my password" - and the system should send you a link to your current eMail address enabling you to choose a new one.
