What a performance to trounce the Aussies. People said the Lions series were on the way out. Not on the performance of this squad.
Warren Gatland took some stick dropping Brian O'Driscoll in his last touring match but Gats was right on form. Every player played his part. George North the previous week had Isreal Falou as a backpack.
Four tries and Halfpenny on kicking form even when the Aussies got to within a couple of points the Lions seemed to get second wind and went for the jugular.
Roll on four years time when they try do it again against the mighty All Blacks

Not to take a thing away from them, winning a southern hemisphere tour is a very hard task to go about, but Australia are a poor side by comparison to 10 years ago! Although i am looking forward to the All Blacks tour! Bit gutted the English lads didnt get a massive look in, although as a prop myself i was glad that Corbisiero played :D

The other English players didn't do quite as well. The Welsh boys (I know I am biased) were awesome. Jamie Roberts had to come back as he knows Warrenball so well.

It made me laugh when they interviewed the Lions fans after the third test, all of them Welsh!! Mind you with Gatland as coach there would be a large Welsh following. I think Parling did the English lads a credit too standing in for O'Connel, who i think is the worlds best second row and has been for years, thats a tough act to follow.
