Laughing Fish 4 - 1 Watermill Phoenix
Watermill were a player short, so I took the walkover. Wins for Jim, Ray and Les for us, and Debbie for the Phoenix. Good social evening as always.

Brewers Bravos 2 BrewBells 3 Paul Moyes-Robb | 1690 | Ros* | 2990 | Adam Bateup* | 7830 | Nick
| 7420 | Nikki Bateup | 1210 | Tony* | 1250 | Spud* | 5850 | Trevor | 0670 | Lynne Moyes-Robb | 0730 | Roy* | 3850 |
Two really great games to watch in this match: Adam uncharacteristically left 2 up early in his opening break, Nick tried to clear, but whipped his first split to take a peg out. Adam then got the balls back and made a 7200 break. Nick then cleared and started the chase down. He was scoring well, but found himself 500 short when the bar went, he then broke down trying to make up the deficit (break 7320) The next game saw Tony lose his opener. The game then stayed very tight all the way through, with Nikki losing a good break near the end. When there were just 2 balls left, Nikki was 10 in front! Both players had several attempts at potting them, while both teams held their breath, until finally Tony put them away. Nice sandwiches and chips from Mike, as usual. A good friendly evening with our stablemates.
