Congratulations to Dawn Jordan (Bucks) on her victory in the Special Ladies at Reading today, beating Jenny Florey (Oxon) in the final on tricky table 2.... the first leg was very close but Dawn took her chances very well in the second leg to seal the match.
Jenny did have the highest break of the day (7,050) in her semi-final win over Jean Brackenridge.
Michelle Baden won the Plate Competition beating Ros Appleby in an all-Sussex Final.
Sadly only about 12 ladies there today for the competition, but a very enjoyable day despite that.
