Unfortunately Shaun Thomsom is unavailable to play now as he is working. I'm trying to find a replacement, as I'm presuming 8 is a good number?

Shaun can be replaced by Lee McCormack, which will keep it at 8

I think its high time we finalised the dress code, dodgy hoodies and baseball caps, anyone not in said attire should be ejected from the premises! :D :p
Now for over 60s dress code ........

Well the Grand Prix has a dress code, why shouldn't the under 25's So I'm presuming Lewis and Enzo are not entering then? That is a shame, as I'm sure I speak for all of us that we would like it to be as competitive as possible and that should include the current holder and runner up were possible. I'm sure they have genuine reasons for not attending.

I agree, me and Enzo had a cracking game last year, would be a shame, although they may jump in at the last minute, i remember Lewis doing so last year.

Massive well done to Craig today for winning the 25s for the first time, against a very talented and gutsey Callum. Both guys have had a storming year and fully deserved to be where they got.
Special mention to Callum who put in a famtastic showing against Stephen, who of course had won his first (of many im sure) open this year. Craig also had a cracking win against Enzo in the semis.
Nice to see some new faces too and hopefully more next year!
Now off to get out my run of disgraceful form and stop being a heavy handed so n so!!! :D
Well done lads

Congratulations to Craig on winning the Under 25's trophy today, also taking the High Break Award on the day as well.... a big well done to Callum for reaching his first national final after playing well all day. Geoff Pitt won the Over 60's competition, beating Tony Martin in the Final and Chris Saville in the semi-final, Tony had beaten defending champion Ian Lelliott in the semi-final, Ian did have the consolation of winning the High Break Award with a 14k plus break earlier in the day. As always, a very well run day and our thanks go to Dave Alder, Phil Hawkins, Andy & Janet Burns and the Post Office Club for hosting the event.

Congratulations to Craig on winning, and Callum on making the final. Both played well, especially in their Semi-Finals.
