Cock n Balls (Plus 2200)" 2 - 3 Glynde Club
Huw Lincoln 1560 v 4750 Chris Turner Ben Procter (J) 3070 v 6310 Mike Daw Dave Hunter 530 v 4460 Nigel Pead Bob Procter (J) 5270 v 400 Colin Southouse Mick Kirwan (J) 6920 v 1710 Sandy Harmer
(J) = Joker played
Chris after a shaky start got to grips with the Cock and made some nice contributions to leave huw well behind on the run in. Ben started well but lost a few key breaks giving mike a sniff and after Mike got used to the table quite late on he got the balls back and made an impressive 5k break to take the game out of bens reach. Nigel opened with 1.5k and put Dave up against it, Nigel was always pulling away from the newbie and took the 3rd game and match easily. The Glynde club were looking rampant and a 5-0 was a possibility. But Colin bought the team back to reality, with Bob opening up a 4k lead early on Colin looked in trouble but a foul from Bob gave Colin the break back and Looked good working on a 5.5k break and the game virtually won, but a quick silly tablet (new supply) just at the right time made him play a heavy split and took the white peg (doooooh) leaving Bob to play out. Sandy opened with 1.5k but struggled to maintain scores from then on, Mick opened up a 3.5k lead, Sandy got the break back with 5mins to go he was working on 2k but counted to 4 on the break for the 2nd day in a row. Enjoyable evening, we like playing with the cock, and got a good feed as well
One day when we ALL play well the same time we will be able to crack a few Fish heads
