Plough Plumpton 2 Giggling Kippers 4 Ian Giffen 2,110* - 0 Dave Ingram A very silly black peg (when about 500 in front and after the bar had dropped) cost me the game.  Geoff Fairs 550 - 6,460* Bill Kerr A steady opening break of 5,040 from Bill to give Geoff no real chance.  Chase Newman 5,800* - 610 Tony Jenner An early chance for Tony but he never got the break back, Chase had a couple of breaks to take the game. Darren Newnham 1,670 - 8,260* Ian Lelliott An opening break of 6,120 for Ian to level the match, Darren must have forgotten that it wasn't his break!  Ian G & Chase 740* - 4,420 Ian L and Tony Pretty scrappy game after Chase came off early, Ian L sealed the win with a late 3k break. Darren & Dave K 2,000 - 7,450* Bill & Dave I Bill opened with a steady 4k, Darren had a chance later in the game but came off leaving me to make sure of the win. Enjoyable evening on the brand new table at the Plough with a nice Chilli with Chips.  |
