I would like to thank Mark Trafford(Oxon Sec) and Tony Willis(Inter-Area Sec) for agreeing to move the date of the OXFORD OPEN and INTER-AREA Competitions.
Without their cooperation it would have been a difficult start to the year for the AEBBA.

Please could somebody confirm the dates & venues for the AEBBA Competitions (County Champs, Alternate Rules, Over 50's etc) next year, I believe that some will be played at Didcot and some at Arborfield but remember that it was mentioned at the AGM that some of them may be moved to other times of the year?

I believe that the National O-T-S and Special Ladies could be hosted by Surrey next year and think that a date in October was also mentioned for these.... perhaps somebody could advise?

I believe this is still subject to negotiation which is why the A.G.M. minutes have not yet been released.

My recollection is that announcement of dates and venues will be made very early in the New Year, as an AEBBA committee member you should know before an announcement is made!
