Gandalf certainly likes throwing down the gauntlet ! You could put the word around at the Kent Classic on Sunday: I see several players in the draw who are partial to a bit of 4-Pin and one of them might be willing to do you a favour for one game.

We would love to see Nigel give it a go, Robbo Hall might be worth a try as well, If you struggle for a number 3 we might be able to lend you one of our reserves for a nominal fee , I hope someone else will make themselves available though regs cs

Stewart might be available, i'll give you a fiver to take him off our hands Wouldn't be allowed as he's a Bull A player. I don't really need to put a rule in about registrations do I ? In the absence of one on the subject we follow Horsham League under whose auspices we operate: and

thanks tommo you've saved me a fiver Hastings are a bit more flexible, players can switch teams based at the same venue, on the grounds that available players should be able to play BB somewhere, if one team has no vacancy on the night when another team may be short, a player becomes "on Loan" for the night Very civilised I think, we are very progressive down here, must be the sea air!

Never played before but willing to pop along if you need a player hi robbo, great to see you are willing to have a go , if you want to practice, the mushrooms are in the managers (debbies) drawers behind the bar and there are spots in the appropriate places Hopefully chris will be in contact, we operate a £2 match fee to pay for the eats for the home team, as the away team this visit its all free!...ish regs cs

We will try not to wind up the newbie......too much tommo, that Mike Reilly has got to learn to calm down a bit I'll be late as I'm still playing in the eastbourne bowls open, but not to worry, my sub is better than me....at 4 pin....might have to lay down another gauntlet later Regs cs

result Big Bulls win 6-0
Pleased to see the big bulls reserve Bob win both games, the team gets better results when I'm watching rather than playing... again. Glad to see the newbie red bull Rob playing well on his first attempt at 4 pin.

Windmill Gee-Gees 4, Dun Horse A 2
The all-horse battle attracted a few extra spectators tonight, which could bode well for an extra team next year.
Mick 1850, Paul 1970 (Mick 1060 brk but lost on last ball) Tony 1530, Graham 890 Clive 2400, Ian 1450 Mick 1480, Paul 1500 (last ball game again) Tony 2630, Graham 310 (Tony 1610 brk) Clive 2360, Spud 1600 (Spud 1360 brk)
Hotly-contested match tonight, especially the final frame when Spud came from a thousand behind with a magnificent break to lead at one stage. A variety of good shots played tonight, Ian's 3-baller probably the pick of the bunch.
