I am pleased to announce that the away game to Jersey will take place on Sat 7th February 2015.
I will post full details of venue and prices after the team for next year has been announced at the AEBBA AGM in December.

Hi Curt, I note that this date now conflicts with the confirmed date for the Oxon Open.  Hopefully the international match can be re-arranged (perhaps for the weekend before?) as it would clearly have a major impact on player availability if it were to be played on the same weekend as the Oxon Open....  |

Once again i will say, i cannot run the tournament on the weekend of 7/8 Feb (Also difficult for the Inter-Area Association). So the only option i have is to find another venue. I will update everyone if/when i find one. ?????????????????? Last post on the Oxford Open thread |

Hi Chris These are the Confirmed Table Hire Dates from my Calender February 7-8 / OXFORD (9 Tabs) ALL Hire dates so far have now been confirmed I would like to thank Mark Trafford(Oxon Sec) and Tony Willis(Inter-Area Sec) for agreeing to move the date of the OXFORD OPEN and INTER-AREA Competitions. Without their cooperation it would have been a difficult start to the year for the AEBBA. Unless Jersey co-operate and can change the dates it looks like it may be a difficult start to the year for the England Captain instead....  |

I have spoken to Tony Willis who will speak with Mark Trafford. and he will confirm yet another date for the OXFORD OPEN in due coarse  This secretary needs to be replaced me thinks. Memory is non existent and mindfulness of other pre-booked dates is poor. Causing untold pandemonium and hilarity throughout the country  Anyone wishing to apply for this rewarding and fulfilling role please send CV to me sometime in the next century if possible  Otherwise i will have to continue in this manner until you all give up  or just give  |
