Stout House A 2, White Hart 3
A pretty scrappy affair this evening, with only Barney really happy with the table. Pretty much all the games except his could easily have gone either way. Good to see the guys again, though! White Hart used the 4-player rule with Colin playing twice.
Tony 2770, Dave 3880 Pete H 2880, Colin 2310 Sam 1260, Pete 6290 Tidy 2110, John 3920 Pete T 3650, Colin BP

Alfold SC 2 Railway 3 Kelly 90 Ian 2,240 Steady game from Ian, Kelly had peg troubles Senior 4,520 Boggy Good game from Senior, Boggy unable to get break back to make an impact.
Junior 890 Skippy 8,360 Adam in super form and blew Junior away.
Dave 2,530 Mick C 3,910
Both of us threatening to build a decent break....both failing. Gary 5,420 Stuart C 340 Stuart managed to lose nearly 7K by pegging out, Gary made the most of it!
Stuart, if you think that's bad, follow the link, recon it cost more than 50p for this one!! www.spaceflightnow.com/news/n0410/04noaanreport/

Three Bees 2, The Mill 3 I'm reliably informed by Johnny Aceed that "father and daughter took the first two, the Bees fought back to 2-all and Alan took the last.......Sandwiches a good variety as usual, but table left a lot to be desired."
[Edit...scores/summaries now received from Barry, thus]:

Alfold SC V Railway take 2 Realized I left Boggy'e score off my last post should be 1,240.
Also there was a young lad at the club called Bradley, 14 years old, played the friendly against Stuart. Definitely a talented player, if he improves he will be someone to watch out for in the future. Hats off to the Alfold boys and girls for looking after him.
Finally, thanks to Alfold for a super evening finished off with splendid grub.

A future Billingshurst Interleague player in the making for sure!!! (maybe Horsham...?)

Trying to nick him already ? LOL If he proves to be any good you might be able to hold on for him for one year before he's whisked off to play in Worthing or Brighton.

A future Billingshurst Interleague player in the making for sure!!! (maybe Horsham...?) I will take the credit for young Bradley, I encouraged him to play as he is a junior county pool player, spent pre season practicing with him and he loves it. And yes if he sticks to it he will be one to watch, Alfold better keep a hold of him, as fully intend to try and bribe him with a promise of regular game of cricket, where I happen to captain him.

Springbok 1 Stout House Z 4 Trev has the scores And here they are Bill Hicks 1220 Denise 5900 Denise got to grips with the awkward break early on, Bill just could not get going. Gary Marshall 1080 Rick 3480 Similar game as before with Rick taking control early on and Gary failing to make an impact. Trevor Goacher 1160 Vern 5120 MMMMM, Well Vern let me in early (twice) the second time I blew a decent score and that was about it. Robin Burgess 4190 Richard 2320 Richard and Robin both blew 1K breaks at the start. Robin then got the opportunity to stick a decent score on the board and from there on it was a chasing game for Richard. Mike Edwards 690 junkie 2590 Junkie always in control, Mike could not replicate his stunning form from last week. Great night, plenty of banter, decent grub. We miss the old fella
