Stout House Z 3 White Hart 2, Working on the fact that Skippy hasn't text me the Railway Springbok score I'm assuming the Railway won. In which case I would like to congratulate the Railway for winning the league, well done boys!!! Persons of dubious parentage (edited for language )!!!!!!! ha ha ha ha Seriously though, well deserved and enjoy.

Springbok Club 1 Wailway 4 Alice 1,100 Mick C 3,210 All I can say is Clacky, who the **** is Clacky Robin 2,310 Skippy 3,950 Adam coming good at the end to take the game Bill 1,620 Sniffer 6,470 Sniffer to strong in the last 10 minutes. Gazza 6,770 Boggy 1,370 Boggy not doing anything wrong. Masterclass from young Gary would have beaten any of us on the night. Trevor 1,660 Stuart 5,640 Trevor starting well and Stu struggling a bit, Stu took control in the last minutes.
An interesting evening in more ways than one, a good night with our friends at the Springbok. Splendid pulled pork rolls yum yum.
Nice of Clive to turn up and thanks for the Champers mate, we were not confident until the last ball had disappeared in the last game.
So the Railway are Champions... just like the captain of the Titanic....I didn't see that coming.....

Congratulations to the Railway: Div One Champions 2014/15 - how does that sound ? A first-ever League Championship, the previous best effort being runners-up in 2006/07 with the team Merriott/Clack/Worsfold/Cork. (The records also show Div.Two honours in 1994/95, 2002/3 and 2004/5.) Great to see after a 45-year league presence, and talk of no team at all this time last year.

Mill ended their league programme in inglorious style:
Three Compasses 3, Mill 2 Jason Duncton 2500, Mick 940 (suffering knock-on effect from last week's expedition to Cranleigh) Lewis Tudor 3240, tommo 2060 (Lewis grabbed this game by the collar after being 1000 down - fantastic play !) Andy Scotcher 2220, Barry 2360 (Barry was well ahead after Johnny's sub made his strategic departure, so good play from Andy) Carl Tudor 2770, Vicky 1950 Lewis again (4-player rule) 0, Alan 4400
Johnny holed out in Somerset, hope he made it back okay. 5pts for the Zeds next Wednes not necessarily a 'given' on this showing.

Congrats to the Loco on winning the league, surprisingly for the first time! with the quality of players they`ve had over the seasons I`ve played Billingshurst I would have thought they would have won it before. Anyway congrats again
Just for the record Roffey SSC beat The Mighty A`s 5 to Nil, Dementia Dick rolling back the years with the nights top score against a luckless Sam
Great Chilli to end our night too

Dun Horse 3 Southwater SC 2 (at Limeburners) Colin Bolton 2300 Ray Manser 1910 Stuart Hope 2500 Mel Blake 2190 Dave Simmons 2530 Tony Franks 3050 Scott Hope 3470 Tony Temple 2600 Grant Hope 1960 Ollie Wilkins 2780 The Dun finally overcome their losing streak in the last game of the season with their first match win since Christmas! All close games full of misplaced shots and squandered opportunities. Thoroughly enjoyable though. Thanks once again to Chip Sawyer for hosting us and a tasty spread of sandwiches.

Congratulations to all the Railway lads, they were fairly nervous at times and it could have gone horribly wrong, but it didn't. See you at finals night.
