Hi Everybody
Apologies for not detailing the results of the first round, but I have been on holiday for the last two weeks
The Quarter Final draw will follow
I see that there has been a complaint by one person about the quality of one table, but to be honest it is the same for both sides, and good players should adapt to the table
FIRST ROUND RESULTS
Springbok Club beat The Dun Horse (HBBL) 3 - 2 at the Railway
Stout House A lost 0 - 5 to Albion B at The Blue Ship
Southwater SC lost 2 - 3 to The Bull at the Windmill Littleworth
Stout House Z lost 2 - 3 to The White Hart Littlehampton at Roffey SSC
The Three Bees lost 1 - 4 to The Blue Ship at The Stout House
The Railway beat Roffey SSC H 4 - 1 at Springbok Club
Good Luck

Just to say that Wednesday 3rd June is Mid-Sussex finals night: several teams and players are involved in MSBB as well. This may cause "attendance issues" and re-sceduled games. Change to the 10th, maybe?

Hi Everybody
It seems that Wednesday 3rd June is the date that Mid Sussex are having their finals night
So I suggest that unless an alternative date has already been arranged, these matches will be played on Wednesday 10th June instead
Best Wishes

Website page updated with new date (10th June) for all the other 1st Round matches: www.billingshurstbarbilliards.co.uk/page5.htmlSeemed a bit drastic to change the lot, the Bull being the only other team affected, and hope all the teams and venues are aware. As Blackadder once said "we don't want to be at home to Mr Cockup !"

Well look at that... It's like somebody posted something earlier! I'll advise The Railway to expect thee & see if the table is free...

I see that there has been a complaint by one person about the quality of one table, but to be honest it is the same for both sides, and good players should adapt to the table An even more honest view might be that it acts as a leveller !
