I made a mid-game 2.5k to put the game beyond Graham's reach. Neil made a terrific clearance to get the break back. The third was a scrappy leg - both players struggled to score and pegs flew, but Mick just made it over the line. Trevor R off early, then Doug didn't give him too many chances. Then came the game of the night! The table was starting to get very tricky. Nick managed to put up a good score with 2 decent breaks, although he did have a heart-stopping fluked 200!  Terry got the break back with just a few minutes to go and did a terrific chase down, with just under 4k to the bar. Sadly for him, he ran out of time. Lots of good banter - a highlight being Terry 'growling' one of Mick's balls down the hole  Thanks to the club for a lovely platter of cheese and pate, along with pork pies. |

Barry took the first.
Mark beat Adam.
Paul potted the last 3 balls , including a 400 last ball , but the Hassocks landlord hung on by 60 pts.
Kim was totally in control against Dom.
An early black peg lost Gavin vital pts ,as Bob took the victory in the last.
All games went with the break.
