Hi. A little request for those comming over this week. Can someone/anyone please bring over a bottle or two or even three of Apple Source, (no, not that Apple Sauce ;D) apparently it can be brought in Asda (and no, we don't have Asda here !! ???) also if anyone can get hold of a bottle or two of a Toffee or Butterscotch Corkies. Many thanks.
Looking forward to next weekend!!!!
Cheers J & H

Hi Jill,
Well, I've never heard of it before but would imagine you are referring to the brand name Corky's. I can't get any image up of Apple Source, maybe it's a seasonal thing that Asda do.
I can get stuff like Caribbean Twist (Pineapple Daiquiri or Mixed Mango) which comes out of Sainsburys.

Anything you want off the plane/airport if we have spare allowances on Tuesday?

I know. the bottles of green sauce come from those little green men in the UFO's that often visit Jersey. The Jersey folk are hooked now and running short of supplies.

Have just received a tip off from Hedley on his tractaphone. Harry plans to use this bottle of Sourz as an example that all goods imported into Jersey are already subject to VAT. Therfore the proposed Jersey Goods and Sales Tax (3%) is totaly illegal and unworkable. My prediction is that The Spider, after winning the Bar Billiards World Championship will stand for the States of Jersey and eventually become Chief Minister, replacing the unpopular Frank Walker. He will cast his spell and weave his web to make Jersey the second most popular Channel Island in the world.
