Both the first 2 legs very scrappy. Bobhall needed the 200 hole to draw, but the black peg got in the way. Chances for both players in the 3rd, but Nick made more of his. Neil off very early and Pete took an early lead. Pete was the first to get the break back, but he pegged and gave the break back to Neil, who made 4.5k from it. Fairly even to start with in the last, but then Derek got the break back and made sure. Nice chilli, rice and garlic bread to round off the evening. |

It's good to be back playing again after the break. Variable fortunes for all concerned (except for Mr Farrow who settled in quite nicely!). I was lucky to win the opener with the last ball. Kev and Sam got a good breaks mid-way through their games and managed to keep ahead; while Sparky played a good captain's game to grab a point for the visitors at the end. Thanks to the A Team for making it such an enjoyable evening.

Neil was totally control in the first, despite a mid-game black peg.
Andy was cruising on a 6k break , when pegging but still took the game.
Bob was the pick of the home team, and a win for Chris levelled the match.
Peter won the last ,and the match win for the Legion.
