Hi guys and gals .
Unfortunately we are needing to find a few more full time players for our Weald team and hopefully a new captain as well .
I Steped down as captain at the end of the season and had another lined up but unfortunately he can not play due to a bad neck problem .
So we are left a captain and player short on top of struggling for players last season anyway as a few of our guys are shift workers .
I really want to keep this team going and will step up as captain if needed but would really prefer not to.
Hopefully this search will prove fruitful .
