USBs thrashed a lack-lustre Cock HL 5-0 last night. Only Kevin Stevens showed some resistance but pegged a 1300+ break which would have easily seen him over the line against John Lear. Well done to Giff and the gang and thanks to the club for some very tasty nibbles!

Windmill won 4-1 tonight beating hassocks comfortably table wasn't the easiest but the home team mastered it and deserved the win Thanks Bob, Scores added: Windmill 4, Hassocks A 1Clive 5550 Darren 3500 (Darren looking good for the win but I snatched it at the end) Mick 6530, Derek 2790 (Mick rediscovering how to get two in off the break shot) Johnny 2960, Lorraine 4330 (a good break of 3280 sealed it for Lorraine) ....so over to our two new boys..... Graham 7480, Rolly 1300 (Rolly demonstrated some good play in the limited time afforded to him) Silver Fox 7960, Boball 1240 (Bob rather considerately ensuring Rolly got the bragging rights !) Hassocks missing Pete Edwards who usually likes our table. A bad start for them but sure they will bounce back. Thanks for a pleasant evening.

Lively evening at the Brewers. I stopped Bob from starting his campaign for the Masters, but the St Francis youth academy (Roger) won a tightly contested game. Nice to see Matt playing again.

Hassocks B 1-4 CKRBL
Marek 750 - 1620 Pete Dilly. 140 - 2120 Ted Ash 1300 - 380 Lynne Barry 2010 - 3570 Paul Adam 1500 - 1690 Andy
The table , which had played so well before the match , became treacherous after being bumped in the 1st match. There were 3 black pegs and no big breaks. The best team won on the night.
