Who do you think will win the Rugby World Cup.
As France lost last night it has to be New Zealand's trophy.

New Zealand certainly are worthy favourites and the ruthlessness they showed yesterday makes me have to agree with you Dave.
One thing for certainly on yesterdays performance it will not be England, if USA make us look ordinary god knows what South Africa will do to us.
May i say good luck to your team ( Wales ) who start their campaign today.

South Africa looked very impressive in tbne second half. Looking bad for England as they will now have their confidence on a high.

Agree tony, England have very little chance against S Africa, that Habana felllow will murder us. Samoa also didn't look too shabby and if we can only beat USA 28-10 I am worried.

Let's face England are going nowhere. We may scrape through the group (hopefully beating Samoa) but after that????
We are world champs and we did well to win all those many moon's ago but we are not a shadow of that team.
New Zealand or S.Africa to win. My money is on the all blacks. :)

Rugby :-/
caulliflower ears, beer guts, overweight, teeth missing, stupid shaped 'ball' :-/ daft rules, what's the point of a scrum :-/, I have to say i was put off the game as an eleven year old, when i moved into secondary school we were forced to play it at the expense of football by our welsh games teacher :(

New Zealand to win. SA looked impressive against Samoa, but the All Blacks are a different class to the rest at the moment. Safe to say the winners will come from the Southern Hemisphere.
The WC has come too some for England, who left it too late to replace Andy Robinson and the total lack of idea or purpose that emanated from his sides. I thought France as hosts would do well, but the defeat against Argentina has put into perspective how far they are behind NZ.

Well we are into semi-final stages and who would have thought it England v France and I now think a great chance for England to make the final having played poorly in the early stages.
If the pack perform the way they did against Australia then we have an actual chance of winning overall, Jonnies boot will come good and points will come from the mistakes the forwards will false from other sides.
The other semi is intriging as I think the Pumas can give the South Africans a scare, but see the final of England against South Africa.

Jonnies boot will come good and points will come How right you were TJ ! Fan-bloody-tastic ! It stayed 8-9 for ages, nothing would happen. And then out of the blue, two drop goals from Jonny Wilkinson and we're in the Final !!! Bring on the Argies ! ;D ;D ;D

Some will see only the defeat, but haven`t England come a long way in this world cup and Brian Ashton has a great deal to build on with yougsters coming in and performing well.
Still felt we were definitely robbed of a try, but South Africa were stronger all round and outstanding in the lineouts. Silly mistakes and penalties just given away were our real downfall.
All in all we have to say well done England and proved the doubters wrong ( including me ) with great team spirit.

Agree Tony. We were robbed :'(, but we were beaten by a team that played a better all round game. Also those two hard games against Australia and France seemed to have taken there toll. But our guys can come home with their heads held high and proud to be English. :) :) Which is more than they could have done a few weeks ago.

Also agree big tj, lineouts let us down but can be very proud though of the defence of the World Cup. After all who had us down for making the final. i would have loved to see how the game panned out if the try had been awarded
Come on Lewis tomorrow, he was absolutley superb in qualifying today
