Some games were very close, Andy lost a useful opener, and Neil could well have beaten me despite my having the break.

Trevor at one point moved a peg over an inch and didn't immediately realise that a) the peg was still standing and b) a ball had trickled up to a pocket and dropped in - only the scorer's timely intervention stopped him from leaving the table.

Game of the night between Darrell and Spud, nip and tuck all the way, with Spud just edging it after the bar went.

Great break of just under 6k to the bar from Neil.

Very sociable evening at the club, with team mates from various other teams!
