On Saturday we had some news, when a dear friend of the family was killed in a road accident. :( She was cycling along the notorious A420 (the part that someone was charged with doing 170 mph recently) when she was struck from behind by a car driven by a woman driver.!! The friend (Christine) was killed instantly & the driver is in hospital under sedation from shock I think. Keith. :( :'(

That is awful Keith as the death of a friend or relative is bad enough at the best of times but a sudden, and presumably avoidable, death seems so much worse.
My commiserations to you and everyone affected by this tragic loss of life.

Keith
Condolences to all concerned from the bar billiard family in Medway. As Sparky has said, any death is a tragedy for those close to the family, and friends, and this sounds as if it was totally avoidable with a little more care. The unfortunate thing about sad news like this, is we all seem to want to get to whereever we are going to yesterday. If we all slowed down a little, maybe a tragic and wasteful accident like this may not happen to another family, and friends. Please pass on our thoughts Keith to all concerned

no-one knows how this feels untill it happens to them. people say and do silly things as they want to say something but just dont know what. sometimes just a nod or a bit of space speaks volumes, but in same vain you want friends and family around to know an be reasured they are ok. I lost my son nearly 4 years ago now, its hard sometimes really hard. You have my condolences and thoughts with you. One day at a time.
