AEBBA British Open Pairs Championship

Special price, of £105 per person for the weekend, dinner, bed and breakfast.
The Saturday night DBB is only £65.00 and the extra nights for before and after the event are £50.00 DBB per person.
Bed & breakfast for the weekend is £85.00 per person, B&B Saturday night only £50.00 per person, extra nights B&B £40.00 per person.
The single supplement price for occupancy of a double room is £15 per person per night, Children aged 0 – 3 no charge. Children aged from 4 – 15 will be £20.00 per child per night.
A deposit of £50 per person is required when booking. Closing date for entries is 12th January 2018, the final balance must also be paid by January 31st 2018. Residency is required for entry to the Pairs
Rooms will be allocated on a first booked, first served basis !!
There are only a few single rooms available.
Additionally:
• A raffle voucher to be used in 2018, for a two night stay for two guests at the Queens.
• Race night, Quiz and Disco
• The Hotel will provide £250.00 sponsorship
Dinner in the evening is served from 1830 – 2100. Non-reservable tables. Guests will be required to show their registration cards before being taken to their table.

Forms available to book from 01/09/17 and it is FIRST COME FIRST SERVED so please do not moan if you you do not get a room at the Queens as you will be booked at alternative accommodation in agreement with the Queens should the hotel be full and you wish to play.
