High quality match at the Pocket Rocket tonight with every game won first visit by the player with the break. Some nice sausages with French Bread, Pate and Toast and a bowl of salad as well.

Swan Nomads 5 - 0 Albion D
Nick Brown 6860 2330 Dave Bartram
Took Nick quite a while to get the break back but did enough when he did.
Gary Ridley 4080 2720 Dave Roberts
This result was in doubt until the end when Gary got the break back (again) and finished off.
Paul Barnett 7710 4970 Brian Bartram
Easily the best game of the night. Brian lost his 2k opener. Barney one visit and touch, Brian played the rest out.
Neil Higgins 9590 2210 Alan Mepham
Alan a 1k opener, followed by a 7k by me which I was slightly fortunate to keep. Both added a few bits.
Tony Burgess w/o
Unfortunately the Albion only had 4 players.

Henty 4 Smugglers B 1
Fitz 7400 v 2970 Colin S - Gry off on second one up, Colin had a couple of breaks but let Fitz back in to take it Curt 11670 v 2450 Dave W - Dave off fairly early and Curt made enough with his first visit Molly 0 v 14570 Phil - An excellent opening 9050 break despite lots of distractions, mainly by the home team who were wetting themselves over some comments made about the lovely Carol Vauderman. A certain visiting lady took offence which made us worse😂 Nipper 6660 v 1350 C.Minihane - plenty of chances for both players. Martin got there in the end KT 9650 v 4810 J.Minihane - Jamie started off well enough with about 2k but took my chance when he broke down with a 9k break
Lovely beef casserole with bread for supper and New shirts to boot😉
